Why I Wrote The Game of Life: Trauma and Drama
Welcome to my story.
If you’ve ever felt your past was too heavy to speak of—let alone write down—you’re not alone. The Game of Life: Trauma and Drama is a raw, unfiltered memoir of growing up in 1980s Washington, D.C. Written in the voice of my younger self, this book traces the pain, confusion, and survival of a boy caught in the chaos of childhood trauma. I wrote this book because I survived—and because someone else might need to hear that it’s possible to heal, grow, and find your voice.
